THE CAF
Just inside the entrance of Simpson University you will find the Emeriti Dining Center to your right. This is the central gathering place on campus. The Chartwells team, under Chef Cal's leadership, is working hard to come up with fresh and innovative ideas to expand the services and provide a comfortable atmosphere for all who come sit at the table for a meal. The dining center (cafeteria), which the Simpson students have belovedly dubbed as "The Caf", offers a wide variety of seasonal specialties.

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm daily
THE BEAN SCENE
Across the road from the Emeriti Dining Center, on your left, is the cozy little cafe called The Bean Scene. The cafe is one of only a handful of establishments proudly serving the locally roasted and hand-crafted Scout Coffee. For good eats, the cafe serves pastries, sandwiches, salads and daily specials.

BANQUET FACILITIES & EVENT SERVICES
Avilable year round, Simpson University provides multi-use facilities for up to 1,200 people with 3,200 sq. ft. of exhibition space. The campus also has ample outside meeting space, large classroom/meeting spaces and over 20 various sized breakout rooms to accomodate events, meetings and banquets. Simpson U Dining :: Where to Eat
In the Fall Semester of 2015, Chef Cal DeMercurio joined Chartwells, the company that operates the Emeriti Dining Center and The Bean Scene cafe for Simpson University. Chartwells is dedicated to providing higher education with innovative and healthy dining options. As Chef Cal leads the Chartwells team at SU, the bar will continually raise to meet and exceed the growing expectations of the students, staff, faculty and community.
